Who Can Enter

• This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, residing in any state or territory of Australia, who meet all entry requirements.
• Participating States/Territories: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT, NT
• No states or territories are excluded.

Prize Description

• One (1) major prize of $1,000 AUD cash, delivered via direct bank deposit to the winner's nominated Australian bank account OR Hyro store credit to the value of $2,000 AUD.
• Number of Prizes Available: 1
• Prize Pool Total (including GST): $1,000.00 AUD

How to Enter

• During the competition period, entrants must purchase one or more pouches of Hyro electrolytes on an active Hyro AutoShip subscription.
• Each pouch purchased on AutoShip during the competition period equals one (1) entry. For example, purchasing 4 pouches on AutoShip = 4 entries.
• Entry is automatic upon purchase. No entry form is required.
• There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
• Entrants must be on an active Hyro AutoShip subscription at the time of the prize draw to be eligible. Paused or cancelled subscriptions at the time of the draw do not qualify.
• All entrants must retain proof of purchase documentation.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected via a random number generator during a live draw broadcast on Hyro's Instagram channel (@drinkhyro) on 4 May 2026.
• Draw Venue: Live broadcast via Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/drinkhyro/
• Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Winner Notification & Publication

• The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days of the draw.
• The winner's first name initial, surname, and state will be published on http://www.drinkhyro.com within 14 days of the draw and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.

Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond to the notification and provide valid Australian bank account details within 30 days of being notified.
• The prize will be transferred via bank deposit within 14 business days of the winner providing valid bank details.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 90 days of the original draw, the prize will be forfeited and a secondary draw will be conducted.

Secondary Draw for Unclaimed Prizes

• If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days from the original draw date, a secondary draw will be conducted on or before 4 August 2026.
• The secondary draw will be recorded on video and published on http://www.drinkhyro.com.
• The secondary draw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days.
• The secondary draw winner's details will be published on http://www.drinkhyro.com within 14 days and will remain published for a minimum of 28 days.

Complete Terms & Conditions

1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these binding terms and conditions ("Competition Terms"). Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of these Competition Terms.
2. Participation is restricted to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active Hyro AutoShip subscription and fulfil the entry criteria. The following individuals are not eligible: directors, officers, managers, employees, suppliers, contractors, and their immediate family members affiliated with the Organiser, related corporate entities, and associated agencies involved in this competition. "Immediate family members" includes: spouse, former spouse, children or stepchildren (biological or adopted), parents, stepparents, grandparents, siblings, and step-siblings.
3. This competition will run during the specified Competition Duration. Unless otherwise stated, all times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
4. Entry is free. Entry is conditional upon the purchase of Hyro electrolyte pouches on AutoShip at their normal retail value during the competition period.
5. The prize is as described in the Prize Description section. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for goods or services.
6. Prize acceptance may have tax implications. Winners should seek independent financial advice. The Organiser is not responsible for any tax liability arising from prize acceptance.
7. The Organiser will not be held responsible for entries that are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, or misdirected for any reason. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, malfunctions, or failures of any kind affecting participation.
8. The Organiser may, at its absolute discretion, verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and may disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Competition Terms or who tampers with or interferes with the entry process. The Organiser's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, war, or acts of terrorism, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser excludes all warranties, representations, and guarantees relating to this competition and prizes. By entering, entrants release and indemnify the Organiser and its related entities (including their officers, employees, and agents) from all claims, penalties, liabilities, or demands arising directly or indirectly from entering or participating in this competition or the acceptance and use of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be legally excluded.
11. Despite clause 10, if the Organiser is liable to an entrant under any law that implies a warranty into these Competition Terms that cannot be legally excluded, the Organiser's liability is limited, at the Organiser's discretion, to either resupplying the relevant goods or services or covering the cost of resupplying those goods or services.
12. Neither entrants nor the Organiser will have liability to the other for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, reputation, goodwill, or business opportunity.
13. All entries become the property of the Organiser. By entering, participants agree to assign all rights in their entries and related content to the Organiser, including copyright and other intellectual property rights.
14. Entrants consent to the Organiser using personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purpose of facilitating the competition and prize distribution, including sharing with third parties involved in the competition. The Organiser will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at http://www.drinkhyro.com/policies/privacy-policy.
15. The Organiser and third parties may, unless advised otherwise, use entrant information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes related to this competition.
16. Records relating to this competition, including entry data, prize details, and winner documentation, will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the draw.
17. These Competition Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
18. This promotion complies with applicable trade promotion lottery laws in all Australian states and territories. No permit is required as the total prize pool does not exceed the permit thresholds in any jurisdiction.
